When did you start working for AHS?
I started working for AHS on July 27, 2020! Best day ever!
What do you like most about your job?
First, it is the people I work with. It is crazy to describe that I work remotely yet, I have bonded solely from phone calls with my coworkers and created some of the best friends. But also my direct supervisor, Darcy is the best boss I have had in my career. She sets the tone and makes it easy to give 100%.
What type of certifications/specialties do you work with?
I don’t put myself in a box, I will work with anyone but a majority of my book of business consists of M/S, Tele, PCU, and ICU Nurses.
What are some of your hobbies?
I love music and crafting ( DIY projects)
What are three interesting facts about you?
I have a tattoo of a mole on my face – I wanted the Marilyn Monroe – My favorite color is yellow – Although this sounds conceited, you will not find another Jordan Porter- I am a DOPE person, I can relate to anyone, I love to laugh whether it’s at myself or something. Life is short and I love to be goofy and not take things too seriously. I make fun wherever I go!
Who’s your favorite band/singer?
I love Beyonce’ and Drake!
How would you describe your personality?
I would describe my personality as a goofy social butterfly that will shoot it straight with you! I am all about a good time and taking care of business.
Who is someone that inspires you, and why?
My Mother! She is a boss in every way! She handles her business with class and is all about continuing to be the best version of herself. She taught me early “your name is all you have”, make something of it!
